1. Open Outlook 2002 and click on File along the top of the screen, then down to Folder and over and down to New Folder. Click on new Folder.

2. In the Box that comes up: For the Name of the Folder type SPAM. Make sure to choose the Personal folders and then click OK.

3. Choose Yes to the shortcut.

4. On a message that you have downloaded that is already marked *****SPAM*****, right click and choose Create Rule...

5. In "Which condition(s) do you want to check?" Choose with specific words in the message header. Under Rule description click on specific words.

6. In Specify a word or phrase to search for in the message header: type *****SPAM*****

7. Click Add and then OK.

8. The Page will then look like the next picture. Once you have confirmed it looks like this click Next.

9. Under "What do you want to do with the message?" Choose move it to the specified folder. Under Rule description click on specified.

10. Choose the SPAM folder and click OK.

11. Click Next.

12. For "Add any exceptions" Leave all the checkmarks blank and Click Next.

13. Put a checkmark in Run this rule now on messages already in inbox and Click Finish.

All your incoming mail labeled SPAM will now be transferred to your SPAM folder.
